Yes, you can definitely get a quote on custom orders! After you submit your design details on the Custom Orders page, our team will review your request and provide you with a detailed quote based on your specifications, quantity, and design complexity.

What is the turnaround time for orders?

Orders typically ship within 3 business days, unless it is a large or custom order. For custom orders, the turnaround time will be discussed and confirmed with you during the quoting process, as it can vary depending on the complexity and size of the order.

How do you handle returns or exchanges?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
